A spacious villa, built in 1972 for a true family holiday With its internal finishing, it resembles a stylish hunting house. It has previously been used as such. The house is placed in a 2000m2 secluded garden with lots of greenery. The very charming villa consists of two parts, the main house with two floors and a separate (connectable) apartment downstairs.

Sehr schönes Haus für große Gruppen

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub mit einer größeren Gruppe braucht. Große Aufenthaltsräume, gut ausgestattete Küchen und eine Vielzahl von Schlafräumen, sodass man sich auch einmal zurück ziehen kann. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The home is very large with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for large groups. The outside covered area is spacious.

Super Aufenthalt mit überraschendem schnee

Gebucht hatten wir den Aufenthalt vor ca einen halben Jahr. Hatten uns auf grillen und Frühlings Wetter eingestellt. Würden dann jedoch von einem spontanen Wintereinbruch überrascht.. War ein super toller Aufenthalt. .. werden bistimmt wieder kommen.

Schönes Wochenende

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in dem Haus, welches super ausgestattet ist! Lediglich in den Badezimmer sollte etwas unternommen werden, da dort Schimmel ist. Aber wir würde wieder kommen und stellen es uns im Sommer auch toll vor, wenn man dann den Balkon nutzen kann.

Die Bäder sollten dringendst renoviert werden. Der Garten ist schon sehr verwildert. Ansonsten sehr großes Objekt und sehr sauber.

a lucky family weekend

my wife could celebrate a fantastic birthday weekend with the complete family. 15 people around on single, big table at breakfast, great. room to sleep, bathrooms absolutely enough and CLEAN!! the house is a little "Sauerland barock" stiled, but we loved our time there. the area is full of beauty and enough action even in summer. A PERFECT SERVICE for our arrival, even from the owner himself. THANKS A LOT!!

Schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage

Das Haus ist perfekt für größere Gruppen. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation war auch einfach. In der Nähe ist kein Supermarkt oder ähnliches. Das muss bedacht werden.

Familientreffen Ostern 2017

Wir hatten ein tolles Osterwochenende mit der gesamten Familie aus verschiedenen Teilen Deutschlands. Das Haus war fuer unsere Gruppe von 14 Personen zwischen 8 und 60+ Jahren bestens geeignet, grosszuegig und komfortabel. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Kueche fehlte es wirklich an nichts. In Wohn-, Ess- und Kaminzimmer fanden alle Platz. Gleichzeitig ist das Haus so weitlaeufig, dass sich jeder nach Belieben auch zum Ausruhen zurueckziehen konnte. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Großes geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus

Für einen Familienurlaub gemietet und es wurde ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub. Jeder hat bei Bedarf eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit, in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erkunden. Die steile Einfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Winter hat das seinige getan, die Schlaglöcher vor der Einfahrt sind gefährlich und man setzt mit dem unbeladen Auto leicht auf. Da ist Nachbesserung empfehlenswert.

Familienurlaub in Bruchhausen

Für unsere Zwecke ein gutes Haus. Alles etwas dunkel, vor allem das Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten im Untergeschoss finster und kalt, der Garten leider etwas verwahrlost, das Babybett nach Auskunft der Hausmeisterin bestellt und Im Ersatz-Reisebett keine Matratze. Positiv dagegen die sehr gute Küchenausstattung und die großen Tische drinnen und auf der Terasse! Gute Lage direkt am Rothaarsteig!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Keine moderne Luxusvilla, sondern eine sehr authentische Villa im alten Stil. Viele gesellige Sitz- und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, Innen sowie Aussen. Kommunikation, check-in und check-out lief reibungslos. Es war sauber und alles was man ausser Lebensmittel benötigt, stand zur Verfügung. Tolle Terasse, riesen Esstisch und ein gemütliches Kaminzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind schlicht aber gemütlich. Auf dem Grundstück einen ebenso gemütlichen Lagerfeuerplatz. Das einzig ungünstige bzw. unpraktische ist, dass es leider keine wirklich größere, ebenerdige Wiesenfläche gibt. Aber overall, ein Tolles Ferienhaus, schöne Gegend und für den Platz bzw. so viele Personen (wir waren 11) ein Hammer Preis! Top

Ruim en goed uitgerust. Mooie grote vertrekken en goed schoongemaakt.

Hoewel wij ook het gastenboek hebben ingevuld, willen we toch nog even via deze weg onze waardering uitspreken. Wij gaan al jaren als familie met elkaar in de herfstvakantie weg en zijn dus best het een en ander gewend. Maar ook voor ons was het totale huis een verrassing: grote, ruime kamers en bijvertrekken. En wat wij lang niet altijd elders aantroffen: het huis was uitstekend schoongemaakt (we hoefden voor het eerste gebruik niet het servies af te wassen!!!) De badkamers/toiletten waren ook zonder meer keurig, wij hebben het wel anders meegemaakt. Bovendien waren bij aankomst alle bedden al opgemaakt. Erg prettig. Net zo als de rondleiding van mevrouw Rycko. Ook belangrijk: een goede WiFi en voldoende parkeerkeerplaatsen (wij waren op enig moment met vijf auto’s…). Helaas werkte het weer van het tweede deel van de week niet echt in ons voordeel, maar het huis zelf was groot genoeg om elkaar niet op de lip te hoeven zitten, als we niet weggingen. Wij hebben ons de afgelopen week prima vermaakt. Toch heeft de omgeving meer dan voldoende en voldoende gevarieerd (van wandelingen, tot shoppen en pretpark Fort Fun) om je uitstekend bezig te houden vanuit Bruchhausen. Ook een tweede keer… Fam.
