Quite a few people went down with a tummy bug including my daughter and I Drink was ok but ran out of most drinks ( Gin Vodka Malibu Diet Coke ) the last week. Room was kept clean and cleaner was a very friendly lady but we asked for a ground floor room but had to walk up and down several flights of stairs or stairs and a very steep slope to get to room at the back of complex Also there was a terrible stench of sewerage coming from the stream...

"Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Stayed a bit more than a week and didn't get a single night of rest. The toilet was leaking which led to at least 20 mosquitoes entering through a window which wasn't closable and had no fly-net. We got eaten alive and had to stay up til 5 am almost every night hunting down every last mosquito, just so we could get some rest on our already uncomfortable beds. We had no towels for the first couple of days and no toiletries or soaps were provided at any point. We got invaded by ants which entered...

"The staff were all warm and welcoming. Entertainment was great and a fun atmosphere. The only thing that was a down side was the hotel must've had a slight sewage problem as certain areas didn't smell too great and the corridor of the the room we were staying in had a lighting issue that made going to my room a little frightening. Still a nice place to stay with a few small maintenance issue."
