"Absolutely fantastic stay over Christmas! Room was plenty big enough and the entire property was meticulously maintained. Everything was clean, neat, and proper. Breakfasts were efficient and hearty. Dinners were excellent! Didn’t realize that they were Michelin rated and Christmas Eve Dinner was magnificent! "This was a truly welcoming, homely and professional hotel. We arrived early and they smiled and let us have our room with a warm welcome. Despite it being over new year and very busy around the castle they gave us a room with a birdseye view of the castle and also the beautiful horse pulled carriages some people use to get to the castle. I had been unable to get tickets to visit neuschwanstein castle before hand but they were able to get us some for the following morning and said their staff...

"The property was impeccable. Beautiful , festive . Rooms are great , fantastic bathrooms . Nothing missing Front desk staff was also great & pleasantly helpful . Restaurant staff were not pleasant . Seemingly irritated . Food in restaurants are below par . Sadly I wouldn’t eat in the main evening restaurant ever again . Food was cold / not fresh , reheated . "

"The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are very limited; the staff at night is top notch, the morning crew needs a little reminder that...

"Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. If you are have a car, put this on your Favorites List. "
