"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. "I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and charged the bill to my room. A few hours later the power was shut down in my room. I went to the front desk and asked what happened. They stated this was their tactic to get me to come downstairs and see them because my lunch bill was unpaid. Firstly, the bill was paid.
