"Have stayed @ this hotel many times. I love its riverside location with easy access to boat travel, as well as the sky train. Had a lot of trouble with our rooms- one was supposed to have twin beds for our kids and it took many requests and a room swap to finally get it done two nights into our stay. Staff is very helpful but seemed a bit inept in this regard. "

"The location of this hotel is perfect with the airport railway line terminal and the BTS station. It is not far away from the city centre. The mattress is wonderful. We stayed here for 5 nights. Got 3 pieces of laundry free each day. Our room is Deluxe at the end of a corridor. The sound proofing from outside traffic was not perfect. "
