The place had a smell of cigarettes, Rooms had gaps where the A/C units,, rude front desk staff, more of a construction workers place to stay, will not stay there again

Scary!
Broken window in front lobby, suspicious people loitering in the parking lot, someone sleeping (passed out?) on the floor of the lobby. We didn't even make it to the room to stay - we found a different hotel to stay for the night. I'd give it ZERO stars, if I could.

This room was dirty and had no pillow cases or blankets upon entering. There was rotten food in the room and under the mattress as well as signs of bedbugs. There were drug addicts in the parking lot.

Worst hotel experience of all time. Stay away. This hotel should be shut down if anyone put more then one star on this place they must be family. Code violation everywhere not safe.

There was a couple fighting next to us. Hitting the walls and yelling at 1 in the morning. The room was still a mess from construction. No live tv only streaming. No easy access to the room.

Well, we checked in to our room which is room 150. We checked in and went in there and saw that there was only two towels and a hot tub in the room so you gotta have more than two towels so we went down to ask for towels and they said you gotta be plenty towels, OK and stuff and just kept being belligerent with my girlfriend Just kept going on about it and then we went and found out that there was a second bed in the room so we were getting ready to use. It went down to the desk to ask for a sheet and a blanket, and the guy told us over and over again. You only have one bed, but the couch unfolds into another bed so I don’t think he understood what we’re trying to get across, but it was terrible experience and I’ll never recommend wind Estate ever again. I used to be on the road a lot and I’d always try to stay at the Wyndham hotel because Wyndham to me said quality this time it was wasn’t even close to quality is terrible.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
They cancelled our reservation without calling to tell us so we traveled from northern IL to Omaha and had nowhere to stay. The place was a complete dump. Trash piled outside, construction debris all over the place and terrible customer service at the front desk. DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE!

The staff member I met was very respectful but the place needs a lot of work done. We weren’t even checked in for 15 by the time we had to leave. Both rooms we were offered were filthy and felt unsafe. Bed was wet with stains and hair, side tables were broken from the walls and multiple water stains across the ceiling. The location of the hotel was amazing, I just hope they put in the work the hotel deserves.
