I liked the hotel it was clean, staff we're friendly. We came up for a weekend getaway and enjoyed the downtown areas of omaha and made our way up and enjoyed the Zoo!

Clean and super comfortable. Beds were great. I have health iasues and traveling can be hard and exhausting so comfort ia super importantto me and this hotel was incredibly comfortable and accomodating. 10 out of 10 i would stay again.

Our stay was excellent. The room was amazing and clean. Only complaint is that we had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby for a room to be ready. Little deflating, but they did the best they could for a busy weekend!

We stayed here because it was walking distance to Creighton and they are dog friendly. Everything was great, the staff were so friendly and spoiled our dog with treats. There is a small patch of grass for dogs to go outside. The only improvement suggestion would be the showers, the water would never stay hot.

I would not recommend this facility. Although the decor was nice and the staff friendly, more attention needs to be paid to maintenance. We stayed 4 days and never had good hot water pressure in the sink or shower. We asked to have our towels refreshed and were promised they were coming, but only got them at 9PM after 3-4 requests during the day

Beautiful newer property with very spacious rooms and modern amenities. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I would have given this a 5 star rating if not for the noisy bar across the street that our room faced and check in staff seemed to be more attentive to the pilots that arrived after me that she stopped checking me in to help them.

I booked this property after extensive research for a birthday getaway and I would label my trip as just okay. My stay was for 2 nights. The Good: -The shower was amazing with a really great glass panel along with a Bluetooth mirror. -The bed was comfortable. -The staff were friendly when I asked for more towels. -The overall room looked very nice with no cigarette smell. The not so Good: -There was a blinking light over the bed that was pretty distracting while trying to sleep. I wonder why this was placed above the bed. -I recieved no housekeeping on the first night and had to get additional towels from the front desk. -Coming out of the elevator had a smell of broccoli, but only near the elevator. -The couch in the room was stained and didn't look great. -The light/charger on one side of the bed didn't work.

Not many places to park even though you have to pay for it. Shower is lacking water pressure. One of the things I expect from a hotel room is a decent shower. Won't be staying here again.
