"We’ve always wanted to stay in Aqua apartments on our last 4 visits to Assos. September 2017 we finally had a chance to rent Pefko. It was a great stay and we genuinely felt at home. The apartment is clean, well furnished and in a perfect location. The cleaning lady, Sultana, is super gentle and helped us with a last minute request for an extra crib for one of our babies. Pefko is perfect for a family of four - we have twins. We also managed to have the grandparents staying for a short visit....

Die freistehende neu erbaute 2-Zimmer Villa liegt ohne unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ruhig mitten in der Urbanisation mit herrlichem Blick auf den schönen Pool und das Meer und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Die Villa ist aufgrund gut angebrachter Hinweisschilder problemlos zu finden. Das letzte Stück der Zufahrt (ca 800 Meter) erfolgt über einen Schotterweg, der jedoch ohne Probleme mit einem PKW befahren werden kann. Die Ausstattung im Haus...

"Our week in Ioannis’ beautiful villa went beyond our expectations and more. We were two families of 4 adults & 6 teenagers. Villa is extremely comfortable and spacious, modernist design, beautifully furnished and the kitchen is so well equipped. Ioannis was always at the end of a phone, very attentive and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We don’t want to leave this stylish corner of Kefalonian heaven."

"Beautiful property!! Very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything was updated and new inside. Had everything we needed from shampoo to iron/ironing board. Property manager stayed in touch and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The view from the terrace was so calm and peaceful. Enjoyed having my coffee each morning and a glass of wine after dinner in the evening. Plenty of space for a family of 5!!!! We will miss the house!!!"
