"Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat was exceptional. The staff were consistently welcoming, accommodating, and helpful to all guests, which made a huge difference. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with the 24-hour pool and beachfront access being a particularly welcome addition to avoid the daytime heat. Breakfast options were fantastic, with really attentive staff. The location was ideal—close to the airport and easy to access. We were especially grateful for the room upgrade and early check-in. "Just perfect: super clean, spacious, friendly service, and inexpensive. Some roads around are unpaved right now due to ongoing constructions, but I am sure it will all be fixed soon. Hamra restaurant was a disappointment: electronic only menu, but wifi was imposible to connect (in the restaurant, wifi in the hotel was fast and reliable). Food was ok, although we were not sure what we ordered until it was served. (Also, a little bit overpriced perhaps.) I would stay there again, no questions asked. "
