The Space:
This stylish apartment is in newly renovated and offers plenty of amenities for a large group. The location is perfect right off of Main Street but down the street from "downtown". It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen, separate dining room to seat 10, spacious living room w/50" Flat Screen TV, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom off the dining room. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a full bath off the Hallway. 50" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The apartment is equipped with the Highest Speed Internet offered 400mbps and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. Apartment 1 washer/dryer is in a room off of the dining room downstairs. Apartment 2 washer/dryer is located right when you walk in the door. The driveway/lot is shared with Double Play Apt 1 with plenty of room for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. The welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, short 3 minute drive away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820

Just a short walk to Main Street w/the restaurants and nightlife, gives DOUBLE PLAY an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

DOUBLE PLAY is centrally located between all 3 baseball camps.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund before 30 days of check in; 50% refund between 30 days and 7 days of check in; no refund within 7 days of check in. There is a 5% fee associated with refunds.

It is NOT a 7 night Friday - Friday schedule like previous years. All Star Village and Dreams Park are now running on a 6 night schedule listed below. We will only allow check-in and check-out on these dates as the next group will be arriving the same day.
