"Nice rooms and great service. The property is quite far out of town so you need to take a car at IDR50k each way to get into Kuta. The main down side was the pool layout, you could not have any sunbeds by the pool as pool was raised up on all sides. "I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"
