The town itself is very boring and it doesn’t have much to offer . Very dead . However we loved the camp ground and would be a awesome place for a family holiday

"Stayed in a motel Unit , arrived after the office was closed. Message welcoming me and where the key would be emailed to me. Left before office opened. Will be back with wife and grandson for the next trip. Drivable to Opotiki and Whakatāne."
