"We spent a week in the Rangeley Lakes area. The home’s location was a perfect hub for our travels. The house was simple, clean, well-laid-out, and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. We would easily try to rent again if/when we return to the area. The only drawback is likely not the fault of the owners. The advertised walking path to town was narrow and muddy, so we turned back after a few steps. The path could use some trimming and a hefty layer of wood chips....

"Room is fine. There is a combo key pad to get in to the room. The rental agent send the entry code by email. WHICH IDID NOT GET. Luckily a nearby store owner knows the rental agency and gave me the contact number. Almost couldn’t stay there and it was sheer luck I was able to get access to the room "
