Tradewinds is a high rise located on beautiful Orange Beach, white sands and beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This is unit is on the12th floor. The unit has a large gulf front balcony from which you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset!

Whether you enjoy shopping, dining out, golf, deep sea fishing, or night life, Tradewinds is conveniently located to any activity you enjoy. (BTW, Walking distance from 'Live Bait'). Across the street from Bubba's Seafood, Adventure Island Arcade, go-carts and video. The beach side pool deck is only steps from the beautiful white sand beach. The unit is decorated tastefully.

Great Trip

The place to stay to get away for a few days close to the ocean. One thing we liked was the beach was not crowded. No really big condos on one side and a string of small beach houses on the other. Easy to find a quiet place to relax. Also relatively inexpensive.

Great Location - Enjoyable Stay
Enjoyed over a week here. Communication with John was great. Quiet location, beautiful beach and great view. Decent condition condo. You will need a parking pass for a $30 additional fee during stay as security checks and places warning tags on cars, purchased down the street at the management office.

property was great, however VRBO gave us the entry code to the unit and pool code, however, they failed to give us the unit number. After a few phone calls to VRBO we finally got an agent that contacted the owner. The owner called us and gave us the #. The owner was great; will stay there again.

Beautiful view
The view from this 12th floor room was amazing! However, only two of the four chairs on the balcony were usable, the seats were busted out of two. There was only one remote control for both the living room and bedroom tv. Multiple light bulbs need replaced in the bathroom and bedroom and the stove eye catch pans are in great need of cleaning. The shower could use a deep clean as there is black mold in the grout lines. Pillows throughout were horrible! Ultimately it seems the condo is just given a “once over” and could use a deep cleaning, ie sweeping behind doors, in closet, especially laundry closet, cleaning ceiling fans, etc… in the end Lysol makes things feel less germy and the beach is better than work any day. I would definitely rent this unit again.

View great but ….
Checked into our condo excited but the first thing I noticed was how it needed a deep cleaning. I called the owner, who was very nice and he sent a cleaning team over to take care of the problems. They swept the floor to get all the sand up, and dusted the fans off. Then they left. I would’ve appreciated a more thorough clean when there is dust on the walls, mold on the shower curtain, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. the stools in the kitchen are too high for the countertop so they cannot be used. Dishes and silverware are very cheap. Pillows are disgustingly dirty. Towels are thin. For the amount of money that I spent on this trip I am very disappointed. Would I stay at this place again? Absolutely not. It needs updated. The photos make it look nicer than what it is. The best thing…the ocean view.

Beautiful spot in Orange Beach!
This was our first time to Orange Beach, and we were not disappointed! Pros: This unit is located in a great spot, very close to stores and restaurants. Balcony is large and has great views. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Pool was very clean and maintained. Access to the beach was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: The unit really needs a deep cleaning. Everything was very dusty. There were crumbs in the bunk beds. The curtain liner in the shower was so disgusting that I replaced it myself before I could get a shower. The hall lights don't work. We had to go to a different location to buy a $30 parking pass. Our first day going to the pool from the beach we discovered that there was a code to get into the pool area. We had no idea what that code was. We had to wait to go in with someone else before we asked the security guard for the code. I don't know that we would stay here again, only due to the cleanliness. Everything else was great.
