Regency Isle 404 is filled with coastal colors and seaside charm. From the two sofas in the living room, you can enjoy Gulf-front views out the balcony doors. Throughout this open floor plan, sunshine pours through the space. The dining area is furnished with seating for up to 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully outfitted with appliances and utensils you may need during your stay. You are also just a minutes walk to the world famous Flora-Bama bar and restaurant! You definitely don't want to miss this gem!

The primary bedroom enjoys balcony access, Gulf views, and a King-size bed. The primary bathroom is private and includes a spacious vanity, a shower, and jetted tub. The guest bedroom features two Queen-sized beds and flat-screen television. The guest bathroom is accessible from the guest bedroom and features a shower/tub combination. The condo also includes a full-size washer/dryer for guest use.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The condo was very clean and well appointed with a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms were nicely decorated and it had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Easy access to the beach was a plus.

Not all heros wear capes- I did an amazing job picking this spot, but this review is not about me. This place was exactly what we were looking for and pretty much dead on the description. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The property service did a pretty seamless job of being helpful, but not seen. Their recommendation for renting beach gear made everything really easy. We will be back.

Spring Break
We stayed here over spring break. Check in was super easy, parking was also easy. The unit was nice. Big balcony overlooking the beach, nice kitchen, in unit laundry. Some things were a bit dated, bathroom fixtures, mattresses. But they weren't bad, and were functional. The master shower unit was small, but it worked. Maybe someday a remodel could remove the big tub and replace it with a big shower. Overall, we had a great stay, and would stay again if we visit the area.

Everything you want for a vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is very welcoming and has everything you need to recharge from a busy life. Our hosts even left fresh flowers to greet us. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has plenty of room to spread out and unwind. The shaded balcony is enormous giving our toddler lots of room to play and beach watch. The kitchen is well equipped with amenities not found in other places. Our family used the separate icebreaker a lot be bring cool drinks to the beach and pool. The full size washer and dryer were great because it allowed us to pack less clothes and beach towels. All the beds were comfortable and AC was cool on the hottest days. The building itself, as well as the pool, are very nice. Nothing feels overcrowded. Just a note about the short walk to the beach, be sure to bring sandals because the boardwalk can get very hot on your feet in the summer heat. The location was ideal for our family as we like a mix of relaxing on the beach and partaking in the area’s many attractions. There is even a movie theater close by to enjoy on a rainy afternoon. Overall excellent visit and we hope to return next year.

Great peaceful getaway for family
This condo was well stocked, clean, and had great management. My husband and I visited with two adult children. We had plenty of space and privacy with the rooms being at opposite ends of the condo. Some perks of this condo are that there are no steps going to the beach and you could walk a mile on the beach and grab a cocktail at Flora Bama or lunch across the street at one of their restaurants or the Waffle House. Otherwise, you would need to utilize one of the food delivery services or hop in the car for other restaurants or supplies. We did like that though - it kept us out of the busyness of the more commercial areas. This was our third stay at Regency Isle. While all of the condos we have stayed in were great, we will seek this one out again. The convenience of having two full-size beds in the one room worked out great for our family.

The property had pretty much everything we needed.It felt very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was the AC was very loud. It sounded as if it could break at any moment. We texted this to the property manager and they said someone would come out to see it. But no one ever did. We were just glad it didn't cause any issues while we were there. Note that coffee filters are not provided for the nonstandard coffee maker. We were frustrated that we didn't discover this until we were ready to make our coffee in the morning. Either get a normal coffee maker or provide coffee filters for it. ( well now they are there, as we left the ones we needed to purchase specifically for it.) The shower door didn't open and close well and should really be addressed. Everything else was pretty good and enjoyable. It was great for our first experience in a beach condo. I would recommend this property if you're looking for a nice beach condo experience. ( assuming the AC will be fixed.)
