Welcome to our beautiful third floor corner unit at Grande Caribbean in Orange Beach, Alabama! This modern and cozy one bedroom condo sleeps 6 and is perfect for a weekend getaway. As soon as you step into our unit, you'll notice the beautiful tile flooring throughout and the comfortable furnishings. The hallway features built-in twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. The living room has a large sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for 2. And of course, the bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.

One of the best features of our unit is the crosswalk to the beach boardwalk, located just across the street. No need to drive or take a shuttle, you can simply walk to the beach in minutes! And from the corner balcony, you can watch boats coming in and out of Cotton Bayou while enjoying your morning coffee or a refreshing drink in the evening. The view is unbeatable!

Grande Caribbean also offers amazing amenities, including a beautifully landscaped barbecue area with a gazebo, picnic table, and a large pool with a covered lanai and tables and chairs. And of course, the State Park Beach is just steps away, with a newly renovated beach pavilion and a boardwalk leading to the pristine white sands.

If you're in the mood for some shopping or dining, the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley is just a 20-minute drive away. And The Wharf, with its Ferris Wheel, Rave Theater, and many boutiques and restaurants is just minutes away. There is plenty to explore in the area!

Please note that this unit is non-smoking, both inside and outside on the balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Additionally, parking is limited at Grande Caribbean and each reservation is limited to 2 cars. Violators are subject to being fined, so please adhere to these rules. No boats, trailers, RVs, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are allowed in the designated parking area.

For your convenience, we also manage the unit next door. If you need to book both units together, please let us know!

On the day of your arrival, we will text you the entry code to the unit. Please note that this is a strictly enforced non-smoking property and only guests aged 25 years or older are allowed to book.

Great location, walk to beach! Very close to grocery stores, restaurants. Management was very quick to respond to issues. They replaced a microwave oven and the toilet while we stayed with little inconvenience to us.

Baseball family
We came for the PG World Series and this property was in our budget and close to the beach. That was a must especially with kids. The pool area was so nice and the location of the condos was perfect for us. So close to everything & the whole baseball team was not far from us. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Carribean condo in June of 2020. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Check in could not be easier, just picked up the keys at the office, and at check out we were supposed to just take out the trash and leave keys on the counter. We had pretty much everything that we needed, except I would have appreciated a couple coffee filters, so that I didn’t have to buy a whole pack but it was not a big deal. When I booked this condo I thought it was going to be right on the beach, but it’s not. Its across a busy street from the beach, but it’s a very short walk. What was nice about that part of the beach, is that it’s located by a public beach parking, so its good distance away from nearby hotel/condos and it was not nearly as crowded as some other parts of that stretch of e beach, which of course was very nice. Convenient location, close to grocery store , pharmacy and souvenir shops. A little noisy to sit on the balcony with all the traffic but I was the only one using it, so it did not bother my family at all. Plenty of room for a family, and more or less private bedroom for parents. Overall we liked this condo and would recommend it to anyone.

Long walk to the beach
Condo was nice and simple. I would not stay at this condo again unless the master bed was replaced. Creaked all night and mattress caved into the middle. The floors were very nasty we wore shoes the entire time while in the condo. The tile was nice but whoever is supposed to be cleaning the floors is NOT cleaning them. The best thing about the condo was the shower. It was great. Also, we enjoyed the deck watching the boats come in and out of the bay. Walking to the beach was a little further than expected and crossing over 4 lanes of traffic and a public parking lot.

We loved staying here. Felt safe had a guard on site cameras all over the building. Saw patrols alot
We rented last min because our other place we were supposed to go to was near the hurricane so we canceled and moved to orange beach. It was right across the street from the beach and we could see it from the balcony. Close to lots of good eating places. My dad is disabled he did not get to go to the beach but he enjoyed watching it from the room. The bunks were very comfy. My parents stayed in the room and said the bed was nice. There was room for my sons portable crib and we all liked staying there. I would come back. I have stayed in several condos in gulf shores over the years I like them all.
