Also, enjoy the convenience of avoiding the elevators and walking straight from your patio to the outdoor pool and grills! There is a king bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa and twin sized sleeper chair in the living room and a for sleeping up to 5. We also have an extra full bath off the hallway.



Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. FREE EV charging stations!

Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass you must purchase your parking pass from the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Convenient, comfortable location
Ground floor very convenient for pools, parking and unloading car. You did lack an ocean view as patio is below sand berm. You need a short stroll to view the beach & ocean. Accommodations are clean & comfortable. Check out is easy.

There's some thing in the unit that needs to be updated - TV(blue screen), bathroom needs some refresh, might need a new mattress, there's a dip in the middle. We enjoyed being on the ground level and it's proximity to the pool. It was nice to have a parking space in the garage.

I am very disappointed by the room. It was filthy and i was scared to touch anything. I really think they need to remodel or update or invest some time into correcting a number of things in this unit. I have tons of pictures to show exactly what i am referring to. I was so happy to leave and unfortunately will probably never stay at this condominium again.

No one showed up to spray until the day before we were to check out. In the meantime we bought raid and sprayed. We didn't use the shower in the master bedroom because it didn't look clean and that's where the biggest bug was found. The furniture is worn and the bed wasn't comfortable. Not much of a view because we were on the beach level and didn't have a view of the water. One of the outlets was missing a cover and one of the cabinets was missing a handle.Overall the property needs some upgrades and tlc.

Pros and Cons
The beach was wonderful, we loved having the parking garage spot, and enjoyed the first floor location. The downsides to the condo were a little overwhelming. The couch and blue chair were completely worn out. The bed made so much noise that when you moved, you woke up the other person. Mattress was very uncomfortable. The kitchen had only bare minimum supplies. The shower did not drain correctly, the bathroom sink took forever to drain. The unit was much smaller than it appeared online. The pool was very dirty the first 3 days, it had floating debris and even foam on top at times. We will visit the area again, but would not rent this unit. We have rented multiple condos along the gulf, this was one of the roughest that we have ever stayed in. Updates needed.

Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo! the patio has been updated since these pictures. nice furniture. we loved being on the ground floor more than we thought. we go to the pool and grill areas just steps out of the nack patio without elevator or lobby. makes it feel amazing. plus the patio is large and has green space. this unit also came with a parking spot in the garage with an entrance directly into the condo. again, way more convenient than we thought it would be. during a super crowded week these made it feel very comfortable and out of the crowds. we will be staying again.

The check in process was so easy; we got our code and instructions in an email the week we were going to stay. When we arrived, we went to the front desk and within five minutes we were already unpacking the car into our room!Location wise its perfect! A 5min or less drive to the grocery and 20min or less to plenty of restaurants! We were keen on getting a first floor rental with our toddler to make coming in and out from the beach easy, and it was definitely the right choice! You open the sliding glass doors and take about 20 steps to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Overall the rental itself was clean, except the floors! With a crawling toddler, it was evident the floors needed a bit more of a clean as his hands and knees turned grey and black with dust the moment we got there! But we bought some cleaner and took care of that quickly! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking the essentials, and the wifi worked well! Overall, would stay again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay here this year. We love the condo and it’s perfect for our family. The keyless entry is a huge bonus! We loved not having to worry about a key. The only complaint we have is the patio out back. We were constantly worried the kids would cut their feet on the broken tiles. The outside flooring and furniture needs updated. If you look at all the other ground floor patios right there, they all have nice even flooring and awesome quality furniture. When we stayed here the first time, the table out back had 3 chairs and now only 2. This condo is the perfect location, especially if you have little ones. It’s near the pools, grills, & a very short walk to the beach. Our other favorite part is the parking. It’s nice to have a designated spot, covered and just steps from the condo. We would love to make this our family vacation spot every year, if the patio out back is redone. Thank you!!

The tub/shower was so slippery, I had the buy a bath mat so we wouldn’t slip/fall. We left a day early because the weather was so bad (obviously nothing you could do about that!). What convinced us to go, though, was the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen ran out from under the refrigerator. Yuck!!

Being on the first floor was great because not only was it more convenient not having to wait on an elevator!!! but the easy access to the garage made it so convenient to load and unload, as well as just leaving and having a reserved spot! The patio made it really nice for access to the pool, and is great, privacy-wise!!! We especially enjoyed it on those few sprinkley days, cuz we could tan by pulling the chairs out further out, then slip back under the roof when the drizzling started! The couch and futon chair were comfy for a night’s sleep! I actually didn’t know the couch folded out, but it wasn’t as comfy that way, so we used the futon chair, which we all decided we need one of, at home!!! I had trouble figuring out the switches had to be flipped for the lamps to work!🤭 but we had all the necessities we needed!!! I would recommend black-out curtains in the bedroom for those of us who like to sleep “vampire-style”! Loved all the beautiful comfy furniture made it homey too! Thanks again! 😘

Perfect location!
This condo was perfect for my 11 year old son and I. We could have easily slept 4-5. It is on the ground floor , near the pool and the reserved parking spot was a blessing. Literally steps away! I plan on renting this unit again.
