Step inside to discover a Primary suite adorned with a comfortable King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy haven for rest and relaxation after a day of beach adventures. Additional sleeping arrangements are available with Twin bunk beds built into the hallway, offering convenient storage space, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and snacks with ease. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided in the unit, ensuring your beachwear stays fresh throughout your stay.

Gather in the living room and unwind in front of the Smart TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or enjoying a movie night with loved ones. With tile floors throughout, the condo exudes a sense of coastal elegance, complementing its beachfront location.

The large outdoor Gulf-front pool is a haven for relaxation and fun under the Alabama sun, providing a perfect alternative for those days when you prefer poolside leisure to sandy beaches. For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .

Amazing Stay at the Perfect Beach Condo
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely one-bedroom beach condo, and it exceeded all my expectations! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights was the stunning ocean view from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying my morning coffee with such a breathtaking view was simply unbeatable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the location was fantastic—just steps away from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. The host was also incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for local attractions. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. I can't wait to return!

Unit was clean and had a great view of gulf. Only negative thing was the king size bed was too big for the bedroom. There was about a foot clearance between the Chester drawer and bed, as well as about a foot between bed and wall. Other than that, unit was very nice.

Property is very nice and reasonably comfortable for the two of us. Would have like a bar top table suitable to dine on the deck, even if it is small. The large chairs (which don't match the picture) were comfortable but not suitable to dine on the center table (too small). Nice details in the kitchen, countertop, cabinets, stove, refrigerator, etc. Furniture was comfortable and relaxing. Access to the beach was great and would have like better weather for a couple of the days! LOL It was an enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at Tidewater in the past and enjoyed it. This was my first time to book a place through Vrbo and it was awesome. Our 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us. So clean, looked as if had been updated. We liked the 9th level also. The only thing I missed was the water was not hot enough especially when taking a shower. We will book again!!!! We also, like the location.

Great Condo - Perfect Location
So glad we found this condo! Close to everything but not so close you have to deal with crowds. Super easy parking, quick elevators, well appointed kitchen, the list goes on! We very much enjoyed having our coffee out on the balcony each morning. It’s a beautiful view from the ninth floor. We also loved that the beach was less crowded than other properties, too. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean unit, perfect for my husband and myself. My daughter was able to join us for a couple of nights and slept in one of the hallway bunks. The only negative, and this is being ultra picky, there isn’t a lot of room to walk around the big king sized bed. Nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and lots of kitchen wears.
