"Once inside this clean and cozy space, it was like we stepped back to another time - the 30s or 40s. I kept hoping to see Benny Goodman, Bing Crosby or maybe Frank Sinatra walk by and say hello. This is a lovely little cottage with its centerpiece fireplace perfect for two visiting a splendid part of California with great food, shopping, and the sea nearby. "The house is cozy, clean, well-equipped and in walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Owner lives in the house behind it and it very accessible. For us unlucky ones that have to work while there, a little desk would be appreciated, as would be instructions so that we don't have to bother landlord so much. E.g., where exactly to park and that the washer/dryer are in the owner's building. "

They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub! The house was clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities. Drew the owner was very communicative and friendly. "

"Property and host were both great! I experienced a strange glitch when booking this VRBO trip through Expedia. I could not connect the reservation to my VRBO account and VRBO was unable to resolve the issue. However, they put me in direct contact with the host, who was very professional and communicative. When I met Kei, he personalized my stay, which made it very memorable since it was over the Christmas holidays. The lodging was both comfortable and relaxing. I regretted not booking more days!! "

"I had always wanted to spend a few nights in Laguna Beach so this cottage was the perfect place for our family. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach! "We spent our holiday at this rental and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is on top of a small hill with views of the ocean from the kitchen window and kitchen balcony. It had all the necessary Amini ties for a family of four. It is in walking distance to the 1000 steps beach. It is actually 206 steps down to beach front. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Laguna yet close Enough to drive or take the trolley which has a stop down the hill from the house. Just a block away...

"Beautiful charming artistic cottage with incredible succulent gardens. We really enjoyed soaking up the sun while sitting in the garden, watching the birds. It was a short but very steep 4 block walk to Laguna beach which was a bit of a challenge for old knees but so gorgeous upon arrival. We'd like to stay again!"
