Wonderful property, Sabine our host was so helpful and friendly. Helped us with parking, and navigating the town. Super breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.

The place was beautiful and it's location was extremely convenient for touring the city. Sabine & Alan were super friendly, kind, and helpful. They recommended us the best restaurants and sites in the city. Definitely going back again.

We stayed for only one night, but we had a wonderful time there. Orange was a welcome departure from the poor menus and high prices in the larger tourist destination cities nearby. The husband and wife team who run this B&B were helpful and delightful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and free parking on-site was also a nice feature.

This has truly been a “staying with friends” experience: Me and my dog enjoyed every minute! The hotel is located perfectly: only a couple of minutes away from the Roman theatre. Also shopping and plenty of good restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was presented in a lovely and caring way.
