A designer decorated our six-bedroom, four-bath home with ample space for the whole family. Three of the six bedrooms are master bedrooms with California king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms, one of which is located on the second floor. The remaining three bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and two children's rooms have full-over-full bunk beds. These rooms have access to the hallway bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a 47" LCD TV.
The open-concept main living area is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen features custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, a travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. The dining room comfortably seats ten, with additional seating available at the kitchen countertop bar. The family room is equipped with a 60-inch TV and a DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also available.
Guests can access the private rear yard from the family room, which features a beautiful heated in-ground pool with a jacuzzi. We remotely monitor and control the temperature from our office to ensure the pool is on and at the right temperature when you arrive. Additionally, guests can enjoy the outdoor dining area, lounging space, and natural gas BBQ Grill.
The game room in the garage includes ping pong, air hockey, and a pool table for children. We also provide a pack 'n play, strollers, a highchair, and a booster seat for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The property is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Guests can even watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard. The home is equipped with central air conditioning and heating.
This house SLEEPS 14 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 14 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3 in our driveway only - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
