Our door did not shut properly. The room was clean, but in serious need of updating. People were hanging around outside talking loudly and the sound carried directly into the room.

I had some small children and felt very unsafe. I could smell pot and the noise kept my 4 yr old up half the night. The only bright spot was the staff were so nice and apologized for all they could. I've never written a bad review before but people please don't bring little kids to this hotel or you won't be happy at all

Didn’t realize I booked a smoking room as it wasn’t seen on selectionchoices and when arrived the property not only had a very strong odor it was dirty and less than Expedia standards.

This place was terrible frist of all.went in room the sealing was bad an then tv woodnt work ,went in bathroom an could only take shower . Told front desk an Nobody ever came ck thing out .i had go down their an ask for towel an . Very disappointed in that hotel. I left early because it was that bad Nobody came ck see if we need cleaning sheet or anything

rst room I was assigned, the toilet didn't flush. I passed 6 empty rooms to go to the front desk to ask to be moved and was told they had no rooms. Then I was put in a smoking room that was unfit for a dog. I took pictures and complained. They finally put me in a room that was half way decent. I was here for a family reunion and desperate. Otherwise, no one should stay here unless you're desperate. Pictures show: mildew on bottom of outside the tub, dirty sheets, ceiling busted in bathroom, paint peeling from ceiling, wrinkled curtains, bug in the tub, shot holes in the door with lock ripped off
