"Good place for family Could do with some updating on the property but generally a good place to go. It even has an ice rink. Shame they dont have pony rides for the kids would have been fantastic"

"Great comfortable stay. Family room had 2 bathrooms and was an adjoining room so we could close the door between the two rooms while the kids were going to sleep. Facilities were great. Free table tennis and great kids games room. Pool was lovely and warm with pool towels and room towels always available. Gardens were beautiful and well manicured. Staff always greeted us on a friendly manner and we were very appreciative of the umbrellas in the wet weather. Easy parking right outside your room....

"I was warmly welcomed by staff and accommodated despite a wotif booking error. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. It was a weekend so the music was a little loud until late - but overall great experience. "

"Perfect location just a short walk to Echo Point and Three Sisters. Decor is very traditional and formal (my grandmother would’ve loved it) and the grounds are lovely. Beds were comfortable and the staff were very professional."

"Over all we were happy with our stay. The staff and hotel it's self were great and I love the art deco feel of the lobby. Some things I didn't like was the music coming from the street playing till late. The pool area was extremely crowded, when we went to the pool there was at least 20 children in the hot tub, jumping to and from the pool. There was a section by the bar, which was signed "No children passed this point" however when I walked through it there was at least 9 children there. The...
