Great experience! The environment was peaceful and secluded, the staff were friendly and helpful (especially the bell boy / maintinence men). The room was also extremely comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. 10/10 would come back and recommend to others!

Best part of this place was the view. By far one of the best views. The beds were pretty comfortable but other than that, not a great experience. We arrived and had to wait over 20 mins to try and get a ride to our room because you can’t drive your car to your room. You walk or get a ride by a golf cart. Walking to the top of the hill with luggage and kids wasn’t going to be great. Was told it would only be about 10 mins. After 20 mins of waiting we decided to head into to town. When we got back, we got a ride right away. The room was clean except for a random hair tie on the floor. The main issue was is you can hear everything in the room next door. It made sleeping at night very difficult. We tried to call down to let the front desk know but no one answered at all. We were very excited to stay there but after our one night, it would be hard for us to choose this place again.

Our unit wasn't cleaned very well. Dirty dishes left, food on the floor etc. overall our stay was wonderful and the resort was a great place to stay. Great place to stay for the King tides.

What a spectacular find! This is such a every place. I can’t imagine any room not having a great view with how it is situated on the cliff. Just across from Otter Rock. Went in winter during King tides. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Walking distance to Devil’s Punchbowl. Awesome outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi! I traveled with a friend this trip. I plan on being back for a solo stay, but also another time to bring family!! Love this place!

I was excited to book the stay based on the high rating. The staff was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. The units are not uniformly decorated or appointed. We got a unit that was rundown and poorly decorated. The walls are thin. You could hear other people in their units and every flush from their toilets.The restaurant was closed for season; this information should have been disclosed. We were disappointed with the accommodations overall.

The accommodation itself was phenomenal, services and amenities are good, too. It is near local tourist destinations. Shops “nearby” close really early in the day so and I don’t recall them offering dinner, so plan for that. Otherwise, we did not expect it to offer the kind of beauty and experience it gave us. Don’t forget to visit the shore.
