Beautiful situation, beautiful views. For those with mobility issues there could be a problem as you have to walk a distance from the car park to the rooms. We were provided with transport to take our luggage but it could be problematic for some on a daily basis. Also the restaurant is only open Thursday to Sunday, no facilities for making tea in the room only coffee. I am a tea drinker which meant travelling every morning just to get my cuppa.

It was our second time staying at the Otter Rock Inn. Our room was clean and cozy, had a great view of the ocean, and I like there is beach access.

Says you can see whales from the balcony. Not really You have to have high power es binoculars. Over priced Coffee was not coffee. Pillows were too thin and hard on the neck. We left early so we could sleep in our own beds.

The grounds are lovely. It is easy to park and staff will help you get your belongings to your room which is helpful, especially when stairs are involved (there are no elevators). The unit was clean and the unobstructed view of the ocean is breathtaking. There were minor issues, broken blind, problems with lamps (burnt out lightbulbs and switches) and inoperable heater in kitchen. The biggest issue was noise from the neighboring unit coming through a locked door between the units. And it was a recurring issue throughout our week long stay. We have stayed many times at Otter Crest in their timeshare units, but this unit booked through Expedia was not to past standards, due to the excess noise. We also noticed the sofa bed was broken.

The property requires you to walk or take a golf cart to your room, and parking is in a main lot for all guests. While the golf carts are nice, it is annoying to have to call them to get back and forth and wait. Our room didn’t have a deadbolt lock or a secondary lock on the sliding door. The TV did not have cable or instructions on how to access streaming. The view was beautiful and the room was clean/beds comfortable.

Coastal villa was perfect! View was even more perfect. Easy check in. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Only thing that could have made things better was to be able to rent a golf cart to use on grounds. It's a ton of walking to get anywhere on the property which was enjoyable at first but after couple days got exhausting. However we would definitely recommend this resort and would stay again!!

This propery was beautiful! The view was spectacular!! The cabin itself was quaint. It was dated but had all amenities necessary. The cabin had a fire place and we were provided firewood. There was a coffee shop with a great chai tea onsite and the restaurant staff, service and food were great.
