Beautiful home in a quiet location. Views are stunning. Not close enough to hear the ocean but very high up and it feels like your own world. There are stairs to get into the home and it is a little steep, especially when raining.

Wow!!! Amazing Ocean Views!
This property is gorgeous! The owner put a lot of time in the build of this house. The master bed is high so you can see the ocean and sunsets from the bed. Lots of light and windows! The neighborhood is also beautiful with Azalea Park and Harris Beach nearby. It has a huge wrap around deck. It would be great to have some comfy chairs on the deck to relax. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back. :)

Our stay was very enjoyable. The home was very clean and comfortable. The views were very very nice. We would stay on this property again. We did find the thermostats were not the easiest to use. We appreciated the notice on the check-in instructions not to cross the property lines between your property and the neighbors driveway and were careful not to do this. In the property's binder, full of useful information, this was noted several times along with the notice that if you exceeded the property line you would loose your depostit of $200.00. Since this line can be easily crossed by accident when you arrive for the first time, this should be noted on the VRBO site for your property. Adding a picture of the driveway's property line could be added to the property decscription or check-in instructions could be beneficial to future renters of your property.

This home is amazing! We were blown away by the views! We were lucky enough to have some clear days among the foggy ones. The elevation of this home was a bit daunting driving up, up, up! But that’s what made the views so spectacular! We enjoyed the fireplace every night & were able to make meals in the kitchen. The bed was so comfortable. The home was meticulously cleaned and the windows were spot free making those views awesome from anywhere in the house!

The house is great, lots of room to spread out. The view is beautiful. The master bed was quite comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Cons: the house is in need of a thorough cleaning. All the cupboard doors are sticky, drawers have crumbs & drips. All touch points are dirty. (Light switches, banister, door handles)

Incredible views from this property! Large, nice home. Close to hiking in OR, CA, plus all the beaches and dining in town. Will stay again! A few things need to be freshened and fixed in the property, but nothing too bad.

Spring Break #3 at the Oceanview Villa
This was our 3rd visit to the Villa. Fantastic views and all the amenities you need for a great week with the family. Plenty of room for being together, or for your own privacy. Weather outside was horrible, but inside was warm and comfortable. Looking forward to next year already.

Fantastic Views from this Hilltop House
We loved staying at this vacation house for a week. The views are wonderful. The neighbors are quiet except for a barking dog at 6.30 some mornings, but that was okay. The only negative thing about this house is the fact that there is no door on the master bathroom! Wouldn't be so bad if you were staying in that room by yourself but as a couple, a little privacy on the toilet would be appreciated! Otherwise we would recommend this house.
