"We came to Nevada City to visit family, the Creekside Hideaway was the perfect accomodation for us. We are active seniors and enjoyed the easy access of downtown NC restaurants and shops. The studio apartment had everything we needed. It's unusual to find a King bed in a studio. "Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...

"I am retired and have a bad knee. But my aches and pains were less while out by the pond. I love the quiet and nature showing itself everywhere. Great site for star watching too. "We had a family reunion. It was perfect size for our family. Everyone had a bed. We had a lovely time together lots of room for playing games and eating at the lovely tables indoors and out.
