This is the main floor of a home. There is another unit in the completely separate, basement apartment of the home. The backyard and hot tub are completely private for the upstairs.


We do have 4 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road, one at the entrance to the basement suite, one in the backyard, and one above the garage.
The Timp Retreat does not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Please do not go downstairs. This is not part of the Timp Retreat.
