"This is the choice of the hotel every time when we go to Shanghai. It is in the great location where you have almost everything with easy access. The room is nice and clean, specially thanks to the cleaning lady for 11th floor, Ms. Xie! The front desk associates are friendly and helpful"
"LFC is connected to a lux mall. There is a main entrance on the ground floor and from within the mall. It can be a little confusing at first. The mall has an upscale grocery and restaurants on the lowest level.
The room is western/comfortable. There is free coffee through the day starting at 7am. I did not eat breakfast. It seemed expensive at about $25USD for what it was.
Staff English is passable, not great. Gym is okay for a few days. Sauna is clean.
