Wonderful holiday in Torrevieja
Hello, My family and I spent a very good holiday at David and Caroline, we stayed 3 weeks and we were very well received by the owner of the house David. The house is very spacious, comfortable, well equipped with access to wifi. The place we loved, there listed on the La Zenia shopping center and several beach and also the pink lake is beautiful to see. We liked having a secure swimming pool in the residence. We stay in good contact with David and we thank him for the wonderful holiday that we spent. We would come back at David because everything was perfect. Thank you very much. A notre arrivée dans le logement , nous avons dû commencer par réaliser 3 heures de ménage . Frigidaire plein de moisissures, draps de lit non lavé ( taches , poils ) salle de bain tres sale avec les wc a l intérieur qui eux n on pas ete nettoyer non plus ( taches d urine sécher sur la cuvette et poils ) les sols n on pas été aspirer ni serpillserpinettocheveux

Fuimos del 8 al 29 de Julio del 2024 y me encantó el apartamento. El centro comercial la Zenia es espectacular y todo lo que tienes alrededor. Lo único que no me gustó fue que en la piscina comunitaria no cumplen las normas y te saltan al lado incluso mi marido se llevó un pelotazo. La limpieza no muy bien tampoco. Por todo lo demás espectacular. Si puedo volveré.

Really enjoyed our stay
Perfect place to stay for my wife and I. We found the whole check in/out easy & the apartment has a lovely homely feel. The communal pool area is spotless & everyone around is friendly. We enjoyed our day trip to torrieveja. Cabo Roig & La zenia beach are nearby took us about 20 min walk. Supermarket just 10 mins away & nice bars & restaurants all over. Thank you to the owner who allowed us to check out a little later. Replied to me with no problem.

Gelukkig heerlijk weer. Huis ligt op goede afstand van winkels, restaurants en strand. Helaas was niet alles goed, dit gemeld aan eigenaar. Zou worden aangepakt in de toekomst. Terrasmeubels bestond uit 4 plastic stoelen waarvan 2 kapot. Eettafelstoelen buiten waren 2 onbruikbaar en geen tafel erbij. Kruimelzuiger en blender deden het niet. Schimmel in slaapkamer ondanks iedere dag doorluchten. Slang in douche lekt helft water weg en doucheputje zat vol haar. Jammer dat er geen afzuigkap geplaatst is. Zou een leuke woning kunnen zijn als er wat aandacht aan besteed wordt.

Alojamiento muy cómodo y bonito
Todo muy bien, en coche a 5 minutos de muchas playas y calas, al igual que del centro comercial la Zenia que es enorme. Fuimos con nuestros dos perros y estuvieron también muy agusto. La piscina está muy bien también. En cuanto a la casa no le falta detalle, los colchones muy cómodos, hemos dormido genial. Si tuviese que ponerle una "pega" sería la falta de pintura de la habitación grande que tiene marcas que parecen de humedad en el techo, pero de verdad que todo genial, es un pequeño detalle a mejorar. La anfitriona en todo momento muy atenta y amable. Volveríamos sin problema a la casa y a la zona.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Schön aber der Backofen war sehr verschutzt. Die Adresse war sehr schwer zu finden.Leider waren wir nicht vorher informiert worden das eine Schlüsselbox gibt ,das haben wir erst vor Ort vom Besitzer nach rückfrage erfahren .Rief dann die Verwaltung an die mir den Code geschickt hat.

Space in the apartment was very good. Apartment living areas dirty. Outside space hadn’t been swept and weeds growing. Apartment is directly opposite Leroy Merlin depot. Deliveries start between 6am and 7am. Noisy and ugly. Kitchen would benefit from a good clean. Saucepans etc very worn. Teflon missing on some. Not nice to use. Only 4 mugs to be used and all different designs and sizes. Mould around freezer rubber seal. Bed mattress in main bedroom didn’t fit and kept moving. We had to push it back into place every day. White plastic table on terrace falling to pieces. All in all, no I wouldn’t go again. One more thing,, owners belongings in bags under all the beds. He did say there would be a few bits and pieces, but that was beyond a joke.

Tråkiga och lealösa möbler. Gamla smutsiga soffor med filtar över. 2 ute stolar, skrangligt bord. Fick skaffa 3 extra stolar för att kunna ha gäster. Det mesta gammalt och oaptitligt.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, la localización es muy buena, ya que se encuentra muy cerca de las playas y del centro comercial La Zenia Boulevard, tiendas de alimentación cercanas y la piscina privada y vecindario muy tranquilo, se podria mejorar los colchones de las camas y la comunicación con la administradora en el check-in que nos ha resultado un poco difícil ya que solo hablaba inglés y no nos entendía bien, por todo lo demás aceptable, la estancia nos ha resultado corta, las playas geniales!!

Lovely property and great location not much privacy from the neighbour facing not the cleanest as we had to clean before we used most things the a,c wasn't working so had to use the ceiling fans which were loud and had quite a lot of dust on them.
