The location is great. But if you arrive before 3pm, the hotel is closed, you will not be able to get in. Luckily we snuck in through the parking lot because it was not communicated to me that the hotel would be closed before 3pm, and we left our luggage at the front desk. Our luggage was searched through, probably by cleaning people who took in our luggage. Also the lobby is on the second floor and some rooms located on 3rd floor, no elevator.

Positives Staff were nice, but they only run one shift, 3 to 1030 Daily maid service provided very good location Good hot Showers. Negatives Purchased a larger room with sofa bed not provided, Front desk says they don't have those anymore Kitchenette has no stove Phones in the room do not work. The hotel's phone system is shut down The room is so dark, very weak light bulbs At night when I'm using the microwave in the kitchen, I have to use my flashlight on my phone just to see the numbers on the microwave. Three flights of stairs to get to the lobby No elevator This hotel's not for old people they have to use a lot of stairs Feel like I overpaid for this hotel What I paid for and what I got, was not the Same thing

En general es un buen lugar únicamente para llegar a dormir ya que solo son las habitaciones que por cierto son pequeñas pero muy cómodas y limpias, cumplen bien con el propósito, lo único que podría mejorar es la puerta del baño de la habitación número 3 por qué nunca pude cerrarla bien.

Súper recomendado, la habitación muy bonita, todo limpio, seguro, enfrente hay un Oxxo, a dos cuadras del ado y como 3 de la catedral donde está el parque principal la verdad a todos lados llegas caminando, y el hotel está sobre una avenida principal durante la noche no escuché ruido
