The property is located in a nice place in downtown, but there are a lot of drunk or stupid people around the neighborhood who scream and shout constantly from midnight until dawn. This is not the property’s fault, but there should be some police presence to prevent this.

It is at the heart of downtown so everything is walkable: restaurants, shops, bus stops. We liked our spacious room. We had the Biggest room with kitchenette and balcony. We didn't like that it is beside a church wherein the bell rings every hour. We didnt like that the shower is separate from the toilet. Moreover, there's not much space in the shower to hang your things, like the clothes that you will wear after. It would've been better if the shower has it's own toilet and a little space for you to move around. It would also be better if there is a microwave downstairs for general use. The staff were kind enough to let us use the microwave in the staff room. There's one staff though that didn't allow us at first until i told him that we have been using the staff microwave for 3 days already. After that, he just let us in and use it. He was gracious after so I wasnt mad or disappointed. He was just doing his job. Kudos to all of you

"So this place was a good place to stay as we start our drive around the country. It's in the middle of nowhere (by beach though) but not scenic. The room is comfortable and clean. It's really quiet. The only downside is there was very limited hot water. My wife used it all up in a not very long ..."

"The room was not cleaned, old towels were hanging, there was no linen in one of the beds. We booked for 10 people, but there were actually 8 seats. The staff was arrogant, no one helped.The location was close to the beach, 10 minutes walk, but the house was somewhere behind the warehouse."
