"This is great place to stay near Acadia national parks. The house is in front of a beautiful lake, where you can watch sunrise from one of the Master Bedrooms. The property is very comfortable for our party and had more than enough space for our group of six. The Kitchen had utensils and condiments needed to cook for yourself. "We love this lake house! The area is convenient to everything but also secluded and so peaceful. It was the perfect home to relax in after a long day out exploring Acadia. I was able to cook a lot of our meals, laundry was easy to do and my kids loved the mini pool table. We would stay here again if we visited MDI again. "We stayed for several nights and enjoyed our time here. The interior is quite big and there is a lot of open space. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed using the popcorn popper as well. Even though there is no forced air heating or cooling, we felt quite comfortable, even with the outside temperature ranging from 40s to 80s. "We had the most amazing week in this beautiful home. Everything was as described. Plenty of room, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. if you are looking for accommodations for a large family, privacy, and beautiful scenery this is your place. our host Eric and his wife have created a beautiful home away from home. My family and I left there with plans to return. We will definitely be booking this home in the future."

"What a view! We stayed two couples and 1 (18 month old). The house was just a short drive into downtown Ellsworth. Just about 8-10 Minutes to the local restaurants, LLBean outlet, and a wonderful playground/park. The home had comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, recently updated furniture/decor, and an exceptional view. We had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend! "

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house during our stay, but the sunsets are amazing and it was fun to walk around near the shore during low tide. "Our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Plenty of space as far as bedrooms and bathrooms go. So much common space to enjoy a fire, meals, and outdoor space. "The house was very clean!! The only downfall was that my parents are elderly and the stairs were a bit narrow for them. "

"This place is very clean and the rooms are large. I enjoyed the walk down to the water, which is close by. Kitchen was well stocked. I, too, felt a railing on the stairs would be helpful. I am new to the Vacasa connection, so that took some learning, but all went well. "

"Wonderful camp, just magnificent views of the pond. The road was tough (unpaved), but it was so quiet. Again we went in October. Inside was very clean and nice, just like the photos they had on the website. We took drive to Bar Harbor very nice 👌 "

"Staff needs to provide specific instructions to travelers not staying in the same building as the registration desk, rather than pointing in a general direction and rattling off the building name. Staff needs to be aware that some travelers are not familiar with the campus and building names, maybe writing the name of the building would be helpful. Same for access to WiFi service, instructions are incorrect, instructing guests to log into a service that according to the front desk rep. does not exist. Staff seemed annoyed to have to explain the proper WiFi service and log in procedures. When attempting to login to the WiFi service, note states you have to enter an access code, which is actually the password (without a space, which was not clear either). "
