The Space:
This 5-bedroom house in The Enclaves at Festival Resort offers high-speed Wi-Fi and includes 1 master suite, 2 king-sized bedrooms with private bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 queen bedroom with shared bathrooms. We provide 12 towels and a fully equipped laundry room. The property is conveniently located 15 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 30 minutes from Universal.

Let us know 48 hours in advance if you want to add pool heating for an extra fee. We offer a Welcome Kit with some basic essentials, keep in mind it is not our responsibility to replenish it.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.


BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.


POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Guest must be 21 years or older to book
- Parties are not permitted
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested
- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries
- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages
