Extremely comfortable
The perfect place to just stay and relax or to go out foe the parks. We did a mixture of both. The only tiny crtitique would be the kitchen only has the mist basic of tools, but if you arent a cook, it will be fine. They were awesome at communicating and the home was exceptionally clean. Overall a lovely place.

Well it was an Adventure!!
We have stayed here before and couldn't wait to return. Place is amazing and a perfect location to Disney. We wished we had more time to enjoy the amenities the resort has to offer. That was our plan but a hurricane decided to come through. If I could give the owners 6 stars I would. They were so easy to communicate with, have all kinds of advice and kept in communication with us the whole time. Put us AZ and TX family at ease dealing with a hurricane! Great place, book it!! We will be back!! Side note. House survived a category 2 hurricane no issues. Felt very safe!! cocould give the owners 6 stars i would. S

Excellent Condo, Service and Value
This property was perfect for our family members visiting Orlando to attend a wedding. It is as described and more! The downstairs master bedroom was perfect for my elderly family members in my group who could not navigate the stairs. The second-floor master was very nice as well and included a balcony. Everyone had their own space. The living room sofa was super comfortable and there were even lots of puzzles and games. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all of the necessary cooking gadgets. The communication with the owners was flawless. The resort area was tranquil and the setting was beautiful. I highly recommend this condo!

Exactly as Advertised
Our stay at this villa was lovely. The home is EXACTLY as described on VRBO. The villa is located in a nice community with easy access to all the major stores. This home was very clean with great appliances and comfortable furniture. Our hosts provided us with helpful notes prior to our arrival and included those notes inside the villa for easy reference. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded immediately to our messages. For those of you who are wondering — the water pressure is great. There were plenty of towels for my party of 5 who stayed from Thursday evening til Sunday morning. All the rooms have ceiling fans, which really helped to circulate the air. We are a group of older ladies (50s) and found this home to be a great choice for our weekend “reunion” of besties. Thank you Louise & Robert for a wonderful stay.

Perfect home for 7 of us!
Beautiful home and so relaxing after a hot cruise to the Bahamas! We had 3 couples and a teenager and there was space and privacy for us all! My only suggestion might be to get ice cube trays, us Washingtonians like our ice, and extra rolls of toilet paper and trash bags. Even though we only stayed two nights we had to pilfer for more toilet paper. Communication was great and they checked in on us daily. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for opening your home up to us!!

Excellent stay and great location
We spent 4.5 days in Orlando hitting Epcot, MK, Hollywood studios and Disney Springs. This townhome was a great location to all these spots with nothing over 20 min away. Very clean, everything worked as promised and the property itself had a lot of amenities. Check-in was a breeze and communication was outstanding from the hosts. I would highly recommend staying here!

The condo was perfect! We have a family of 5 and the 4 bedrooms were clean and had plenty of room. We used the washer and dryer as well as all three showers daily. The 4 bathrooms were also nice so we could all get ready at the same time before leaving for the parks. It is very clean and comfortable. We wished we had more time to use the pool and other amenities on the property. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean and safe place to stay. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful. The home was very comfortable and relaxing. Also, the home was very cool. It's Florida of course, it's extremely hot. The fact that we're able to control the AC temperature was outstanding. Majority of the homes we stayed, the AC was set on 76 and you couldn't change it.

Gorgeous Condo!
Beautiful condo that is perfectly located for your Disney vacation. We were minutes away from the park entrances. Condo was very clean and spacious. Appointed well also. Owners were very easy to reach throughout the entire rental process and were very helpful with information about the area. Highly recommend and we will visit again if in the area.

Genuine Home-Like Care
Rob and Louise are exceptional hosts. Aside from the relative location to attractions nearby, the resort has plenty of amenities to offer and security for peace of mind. By their communication and care of the residence, any visitor can immediately tell and appreciate the care of their home that they display. They were even generous enough to share recommendations of other places worth checking out, so we have a plentiful itinerary for the next trip to the area, to which we will plan around the availability of their home. The experience leading up to and during our family trip earlier this month was that impressionable.

A Great Place To Stay
First of all, the hosts are great communicators. They let you know everything you need for your arrival, and have binders that contain all the information needed for your stay. It is a great location for access to Disney. The property is quiet and secure. The beds are comfortable. For us, we stayed 2 weeks and did much 'living' in the place rather than just sleeping there. This is a nice living space. The only real drawback... if you want a place to prepare meals, it is a small kitchen... but it does have the necessary supplies you need. We are repeat tenants and will use this place again when possible.

Gated community within 15 minutes of ALL the Disney Parks!
First time staying off Disney property. Pleasantly surprised that we saved time by using a rental car, parking in Preferred Parking ($20 extra), and avoiding the whole internal transportation nightmare. Took us half an hour max each way, including parking and walking. Thinking back to our resort stays, we walked about 10 minutes to our resort bus stop. Then waited 5 to 20 minutes for the bus. Then a 10 to 20 minute ride to the park. Then another 10 to 15 minute walk from the bus stop to the front gate. That's around an hour each way. Plus we were in the comfort of our air conditioned car. This house was in a beautiful, safe community with country club amenities. The house itself had a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Not all houses have these. We cook a lot and had almost everything we needed. More silverware, including slotted spoons would have been helpful. Also the plates weren't microwavable. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay. Parking at house, great water pressure, plenty of hot water, comfy beds, and full size washer and dryer. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms for less than half price of a room on property. Highly recommend!
