Welcome to our beautiful and spacious 6-bedroom home, perfect for your next short-term rental! Our home boasts a private pool and game room, providing endless entertainment for you and your family.

Located in a resort-style community, our home also offers access to a clubhouse with a variety of amenities, including a café, lazy river, water slide, and resort pool. There's something for everyone to enjoy here, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation or group getaway.

Please be aware starting September 1st 2023 there is a fee to use the community amenities that will be charged at the clubhouse upon check in. Fee is based per home ranges from $35-$45.

We don't leave any extra condiments. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

All confirmed bookings will receive a booking confirmation letter by email with booking details, check in instructions (including door access codes, and gate procedure), and emergency numbers for after hours. Wonderful vacation!
We enjoyed the house it was as expected from the ad! We had a great response from the company when we had a hot tub issue fixed very quickly! The house was great with lots of supplies. Would suggest to update furniture and mattresses as you can tell it’s been awhile! We loved this house and it was super close to the clubhouse and the exit of the resort! Will definitely rent from blue travel in the future!

I was very concerned at first to book this property having seen the not great ratings and some negative reviews, but I got on the phone with the management company and after addressing my concerns, the really nice lady I think her name was Noami I was assured that all those negative reviews were old and the property has been fixed and updated since. I went ahead and booked my stay and I gotta say now that I just checked out, everything she promised me was true and we had a great enjoyable stay ! The pool heat worked great, the house was spotless clean when we got there, there was no bad smell like others wrote. It was just absolutely great ! We stayed there for 12 nights. Thank you for servicing us and we will def be back !

Short Vacation
Great space for large groups, ample space, bathroom and beds.Negatives: Kitchen counters, and downstarir floors were dirty including upstairs carpet. Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies and basic kitchen items had to be purchased to use during our stay. Not enough bath towels. Musty smell in game room was enough to keep us from of using it. We paid for heated pool but jacuzzi was cold. Current club house code was not given to us in order to use it without interference.

3rd time at solterra
Every year we do a family vacation to solterra. We have stayed at 3 different home. We had 3 kids and 6 adults. Location: I loved the location of this house, in a culde sac and neighbors were not super close like other places. Pool: The pictures of the place make the pool area seem large. It is not! Where the person is standing to take the pic of the pool is up against a wall. So the picture makes it look large, it's pretty stuffy compared to other places. No light outside over the pool so it was rather dark. The pool had a light but the area could be better lite. Pool was also very dirty. Outside: The table outside was cheap looking and was banged up. Only place to sit outside. Garage: The picture of garage showed kids toys, that where not there. My son looked forward to a basketball hoop that was not there. Bedroom: The downstairs bedroom did not have and side tables to but a phone or anything you'd need next to you. Small and uninviting. Beds: Beds were horribly uncomfortable, they made a large noise getting in and out of them, which would wake my son. Safety: The backdoor to the pool was broken, so could not be locked for safety. Spite the flaws, we had fun. The house was beautifully decorated , the pool was warm, great location, the master suite was very large- which was helpful with a 4 year old. He slept in a bed next to us. Lots of closet space.

The Jacuzzi did not work the downstairs front room TV had lines and nothing in the game room work at all. Yes the house is clean it it was a beautiful house. Let’s be honest I came here for a vacation and didn’t get to enjoy any of the festivities that I rented the house for. On top of that when we try to leave the front door didn’t lock. I have been calling and my problem still have not been resolved by the property managerto get in contact with the property manager
