The Sunrise vacation villa has been completely remodeled and decorated with adventure themed bedrooms.
Located in the exclusive Sunridge Woods complex, you will be only minutes away from Walt Disney World resort, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Legoland. And for the golfers, again within 10 minutes drive, you can access, World renowned golf courses, The ChampionsGate, The Mystic Dunes , The Highland Reserves, The Providence Golf Club and Ridgewood Country club.
If you prefer to relax at the Sunrise Villa, it offers an incredible pool and spa patio with sun all day. With no neighbors in the back you will enjoy outdoor / pool life with complete privacy.
Our villa is family owned so, we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation memorable and a real success.
The Sunrise villa is fully equipped with flat screens TV, High Speed Internet access, Wi-Fi network, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.
Sunridge Woods is an exclusive and peaceful community of private homes set within a conservation area with attractive Wetlands to the front of the development.
There is a lake with stunning views and an abundance of wildlife at all times throughout the year, you may be lucky to spot Giant Gopher Tortoises, Vultures, American Bald Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, Red Cardinals to name a few.
Although a very peaceful community, Sunridge Woods is less than 10 minutes away from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants that cater for a wide variety of tastes.
Grocery supermarket is 5 minutes away.
From the I-4 interstate, you can easily drive to both the East and West Coasts of Florida , enjoying a day at the beach or visiting places of interest , from the Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona to St Pete’s and Sarasota.

Wonderful layout fantastic home exceptional attention to detail. I would take back half a star only because the lawnmower guy came while we were sleeping twice and the pool guy came while we were swimming, but I'll give them an extra half star because the house was so much fun.

Second Timers!
Excellent location - tucked back in the corner of a quiet neighborhood, away from it all. The home has everything you need for a quiet getaway from it all, and is ideal for all things Orlando. It's also an easy drive to both coasts - Clearwater Beach or Cocoa Beach - and is outfitted with everything needed to visit the beach! The owners are incredibly attentive and checked in with us several times - super friendly and easy to work with. Great communicators! Would highly recommend the Sunrise Villa to all :)

Family Vacation
First family vacation as a party of 5 and we loved it! They had everything we needed for the kids at the house. The pool and pool spa were amazing, we could barely get the kids out. Communication was super easy and quick. If we come back to Orlando we would rent again!

My family and I had a great time. The property owners made available to us an early check in, which made it nice as we came into town earlier than expected. The grounds were labeled with instructions for equipment and property rules. The home was spacious enough for two families, 4 children and 4 adults. There were plenty of towels provided for pool time fun. The pool was nice and warm. The hot tub would warm up quickly. The grill worked well when I roasted veg then made a pork roast. My boys loved the themed rooms. The game room is a bit tight to play pool and a bit warm. The area could use a ac unit. The house was generally clean except the couches where we found debri, one of the butter knives from the kitchen, use dentals flossers and such. The house was much enjoyed by my family. We had a great time.

Beautiful home and amenities!
When we opened the door to this home the children fell in love with the whole magical theme of this house ! This vacation home had everything a family needs for your vacation! The home was clean and supplied with necessities. The location was 20-30 minutes to Disney depending on the traffic. (Leave earlier than you think to the theme parks, and check your direction app for arrival time as the traffic builds up fast!) There are grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and a super Walmart 15 minutes away ! You will need to stock up on paper supplies for the home as they give you enough to start but more will be necessary. ( very common with Vrbo homes ) We went to the beach one day and the owners had everything needed for the beach . We had 4 chairs and two umbrellas plus plenty of sand toys along with a huge sand friendly collapsible wagon to haul it all in !!! The owners were ALWAYS available for anything you needed either immediately by phone or text. It’s the little things that make this Vrbo a great home and as guests we felt it!

We had a wondeful vacation. This home had absolutely everything you could need to feel at home. The pool was heated beautifully every day. The instructions for arriving, operating the bbq, tv were very clear and staright forward. The owners and property manager were kind and accessible.

Very clean and organized….. 20 minute car ride to Disney and loved the themed rooms and pool! Everyone had their own space to rest and relax after our days in the parks! Quick and easy communication with the owners, very lovely experience and would love to come back for future vacations!

Great place and location!
We were doing our big Disney trip and wanted a nice spacious area for our family and a place to cook meals. The house has great Disney themed rooms. We all loved the pool, spa and game room. The place was very clean and the owners were very clear and communicative. With no traffic we got to the Disney parks in 20 min otherwise 40 max with traffic. Not bad at all! The neighborhood was nice as well as the neighbors. The TVs also had a great variety of things to watch. No complaints!

Nice home for family stay in Orlando.
The home was very clean and spacious. It was about a 25 minute drive to everything in Orlando area. (Malls, Disney Spring, Etc) I loved the kids and beach toys that were on site. Only downside was the AC was not very cool at night (was on a locked thermostat that could only be adjusted so much) overall nice stay.

My family and I traveled to Orlando for Disney and we couldn't have found a better house and location. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. It felt like home away from home. The owner Lucie was kind enough to let us check in a bit earlier since we got there earlier than expected. The pool is beautiful and the water temperature was perfect. Location of the house is also perfect. Very close to everything you need. From grocery stores to Starbucks and 7-Eleven. We enjoyed the house and if we decide to go back to Disney, we will look to see if the house is available.

Great Property and location!
Definitely a great property! Had all we needed! The location is great. Just enough distance from the busy area of Orlando. 7-eleven was close, aldis and walmart. We had two days in Disney and it was about 25 minutes away with traffic. We also did a beach day at cocoa beach, the house had all the beach amenities! The kids had toys to play with in their rooms. My kids absolutely loved the themed rooms. Strollers to use when we went to Disney springs. We enjoyed the pool and spa everyday. Wonderful hosts that were prompt whenever I had a question. We even arrived early from our flight and we’re able to do early check in! The house is beautiful and has everything. Thank you Lucie and Alain for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful, fabulous trip
First off, the own are wonderful folks and were proactively involved with us throughout the entire process and stay. Secondly, the house is exactly what they said and photos show. It's in a nice neighborhood about 20 mins from disney, 25 mins to universal. We had no problem getting around. The house has lots of special touches and is charming. We were grateful to have a pool for downtime. Within 10 min drive is 2 grocery stores and plenty of restaurants/shops and a Walmart. The house itself is very private, it's a quiet neighborhood. This was perfect for our family of 6. We will be back. 10/10.

Perfect Family Getaway!
Lucie and Alain thought out every detail for visitors with little ones - from toddler bed rails, a toddler stepstool, a toddler toilet seat, to Roku streaming in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, and Disney/Universal themes throughout, this home was PERFECT for a family getaway! The pool and spa with a retractable awning over an outdoor table was a wonderful place to enjoy all of our meals! Lucie and Alain were super easy to work with, as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here and hope to come back next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
