No access to coffee in the lobby in the early morning hours. When I attempted to find a coffee option in the hotel lobby at around 6a.m. No one was available. Staff member was fast asleep in a booth in the “business center” so much so that they had even kicked off a shoe.

The rooms were good the price was okay but for the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. I saw lot of head hair on the corners of the bathroom. The shower head was very loose and poorly put on. Over all the place what exactly what we got it for which was to shower and sleep. I rate it a B-

Room was clean and updated, it was perfect for our quick trip in Orlando. It is in a convenient location where you’re at a walking distance of everything from dinning, shopping and entertainment. We wish the check in process was a little easier but it was understandable. We will definitely return.

Resort has gone down hill unfortunately. We loved staying here for many years. Lots of people hanging out in the parking playing loud music. Didn’t feel safe walking around the resort or leaving my car overnight.
