Great Location, Excellent Staff, Lots of Amenities.
Everything was excellent. Only comment for others is this property is cashless and games arcade and waterpark is additional fees however I loved that we had the option to enjoy these. Still lots of other things to do that are included.

Great Location, Clean property, Easy Check in Process.
The location for this property is perfect if you are wanting to visit Disney and Universal. Wished we would have stayed here for our whole duration rather than just a couple of days. We will keep this location saved for any future trips! The property is clean, has lots to do if you want to stay on the resort rather than visiting a park and we really enjoyed the space! Check in process was super easy and overall our stay was very welcoming and nice. We also really enjoyed the jetted tub after a long day at the park. Our reservation stated we would have 2 bathtubs however, one of our bathrooms only had a stand up shower and then the other bathroom had a standup shower and the jetted tub. If you have children and need the second bathtub, make sure to mention that at check in. This was not a huge deal to us but our boys decided to use the jetted tub instead of their stand up shower.

We had a great stay at the resort. Everything was clean and so many helpful workers around the property. There’s plenty to do on the property itself. We were there to go to SeaWorld and it was a very convenient 7 mins away. The only thing I would warn is that the pirate ship water park is an extra charge. $25 per person, my boys were free (3&1). But the cost was totally worth it hoping to do another vacation to the same spot with extended family.

WESTGATE RESORT HAS SOME PROBLEMS
The resort advertises a free ride to the airport but that is something that they have not offered for years, according to the front desk. We stayed for 9 days and never got any housekeeping. We only got a few hangers upon check in and we kept having to ask for more hangers so the three of us could hang up our clothes. We only got one pack of coffee at check in so we had to go to the front desk daily to ask for another packet. They would not just give us enough for the entire stay. The televisions are beyond awful. The sound on all 3 tv's were bad and it took the maintenance man 2 visits to get them working. Your maintenance person actually said that they have reported the bad condition of the tv's to management but no one does anything about it. The night before we checked out, the maintenance man woke us up around 10pm because of a report of a water leak in the unit below us. The front desk did not call and tell us he was coming and he just appeared. We had gone to bed early because we were checking out before 6am. The maintenance technician wanted us to stay up for a "few" hours so they could get someone out to fix the leak. I suggested that they come back after 6am and he said he would report it to the office. We never heard back from the front desk so we were up most of the night wondering if someone was coming back or not. Otherwise, the resort is located in a good location and the amenities were fine.

***False Advertisement***
Beware false advertisement. 1. The water park pictured is additional cost of $25 per person per day. This was NOT listed anyway on the listing advertisement. This is the #1 reason we rented this property, to enjoy the splash pad/lazy river, etc then only after check in found it was additional cost. 2. Master bathroom toilet did not work upon arrival. Maint did fix after front desk was called. 3. Water was turned OFF to the entire property shortly after arrival but was restored on a some point during the night time. 4. Hot water was extremely hot, caution if you have children! 5. Shower doors did not stay closed. Magnet did not work. 6. Toilet did not flush well. Water pressure extremely low. 8. Plugs in master bathroom did not work upon arrival but were fixed. 9. Small bugs in unit (not bed bugs) *Overall the value was ok however it is important to represent the property for rent correctly and if there are any additional cost, you should always list the extra cost to the renter on the listing. We were very disappointed. We planned on playing at the splash pad/park every evening after visiting Disney to relax and unwind but due to the extra cost we did not. This was pretty disappointing.
