Family adventures await at this lovely home that is fifteen minutes from the Disney parks! Rest from your journeys out to theme parks, local attractions, and beyond at this fun charming retreat. There's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves here, with two sets of washer/dryers, baby-centered items like a crib and high chair, and living rooms upstairs and downstairs creating a perfect retreat for groups. Enjoy a swim in the private pool set under a lanai, with a lovely view of a local lake just past your back fence. A private gas grill is provided for cooking up special vacation meals. Inside, central air conditioning will cool down anyone looking to relax. Putting meals together in the fully equipped kitchen will be a cinch, especially with a kitchen island set up for both food prep and breakfast bar-style meals. The video game-themed garage game room (featuring pool and foosball) is sure to be a big hit. When it's time to turn in, themed bedrooms (including multiple with Disney themes!) will help everyone settle in to rest for the next day's adventures.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
