I wish I were able to add photos to show how rundown this property is. The photos online are no where near what the property looks like in person. It looked like the bathroom sink was falling off the wall. The door to outside as well as the bathroom did not fully latch. There were stains on the “clean” bedding and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Every time we went to the pool it had new trash floating in it. Our room constantly reeked of cigarettes and we could hear everything from our neighbors conversations, TV and music. They were incredibly loud. At one point in the night it sounded like someone was trying to break into our room, which appeared to be the case when we woke up to the door looking like it had partially been opened. I would not recommend this property nor would I ever stay here again.

I was in Orlando for a training and I barely stayed at the holtel. The property is very well located, but it is old and needs maintenance. It was cleaned not sparkly clean but decent clean. A little noisy but, I was too tired to care. Overall OK for short stay

The view of Icon Park from the rooms on the frontside of building are gorgeous. Our room was ok but not great. Bed frame was broken on one of the beds and the toilet had cracked in half and glued back together. It leaked of course, and we’re on the fifth floor, but not bad. All the adjacent hotels were $50 more a night and probably nicer. Guess it depends on how much you want to spend.

I read a lot of reviews of this property before staying and I was skeptical. I just finished a 5 day stay. AC worked great, water pressure was good, no cockroaches, staff was a little grumpy. No noise complaints. My only complaint that was also in the reviews was the hard mattress that squeaked whenever you got onto it. Other than that, if I needed to I would def stay again
