Townhouse is in gated community with 24 hour security. It is 2 stories with 1 bedroom and bathroom on main floor, and 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on second floor. There is a small patio in back of townhouse with a couple of chairs & a table. Parking is allowed for up to 3 cars in the driveway. The amenities are about a 5 minute walk from townhouse

There is a $20.00 plus tax, per day, per reservation (not per person) resort fee that must be paid at check-in to Regal Palms to obtain wristbands to access amenities and to obtain parking pass(es).

Upon check-out, wristbands must be turned in to Regal Palms front desk to avoid additional charges.
