I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the outdoor areas and lobby were quite appealing and well-maintained, providing a nice first impression. However, the rest of the facilities left much to be desired, as they felt outdated. The room itself was disappointing, with the carpet, floors, and desk appearing dirty and questionable. Cleanliness is a crucial part of a comfortable stay, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in that aspect. Additionally, when dining at their restaurant and bar, I noticed that gratuity was already included in the bill. This led us to unintentionally tip twice on several occasions, which was frustrating. It would have been helpful if this had been more clearly communicated. After checking out, the front desk staff assured me that they would email me the bill, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through added to the overall dissatisfaction with my stay. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the negatives greatly impacted my experience. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

This was a spectacular property. Everything you need is located on site. We walked to Seaworld which took less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly & courteous.

We checked in and the room had a horrible smell. Had to move to a different room. Second room was dirty. A guest in the neighboring room had bed bugs and had to move rooms. We have stayed here before and this will be our last time staying here. Too bad as it’s in a good area close to everything and a good price. I’ll spend a little more next time.

There was no parking near my room. I had to drive 10min to find one and to top it off was charged 30dollars for it!
