I live in Fort Lauderdale and my husband and I visit Miami twice or more a month, my husband was totally disgusted by how unwelcoming your hotel felt. You definitely lost our business. I had never experienced such difficulty to get in to the hotel and it was no live person at the front desk. You guys sent us a code at 3:30 pm we had to carry around our heavy backpack all day before we could check in to your hotel!!!

The breakfast setup doesnā€™t flow. Itā€™s so spread out and inconvenient. The sofa bed is uncomfy as most are and expected. The room was great although the flooring was coming apart but that didnā€™t affect our stay. Decent price

Even if you pay for parking ahead of time they make you pay extra with the excuse that it is ran by a different company. I have weeks trying to get a refund and no one is available or picks up the phone or reply to my emails.

Parking fee during hurricane Milton was outrageous. Parking fee was almost more than one night stay because we had to evacuated with two cars. Hotel was really nice but had I understood the total parking fee I would never have booked.
