Could be a lot better with little effort
First off the entrance has an overgrown palm that extends into walkway so you have to bend down to walk into the door. The blinds were missing or broken in many of the rooms and limits privacy. The house was not very clean and did not look swept or mopped for a while. The dining room table has a table setting and when moved the placemats were very dirty. The electric sockets only half of them worked so it was a challenge to plus in charger or even coffee pot. The beds were very uncomfortable and need upgraded. We tried both and equally as bad. The patio was dirty as well and did not appear to have been cleaned in awhile. We could see the pool guy in the morning and startled us as we have no privacy and could see right into the bedroom and kitchen. Overall the area was convenient but definitely needs cleaned and new blinds and repair the electric and get new beds.
