My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay for the weekend when we went to Disney World. The hotel was nice and clean, loved the restaurant by the pool. Our room was spacious and came with plenty of towels and wash cloths. Only downside was the check in receptionist didn’t advise of the security hold per day on my card. I just so happened to call down and ask and then he told me. He was polite, but not as friendly as what I’ve experienced with Marriott in the past.

Overall had a good experience at the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The only issue I had was when I checked my bill, they had charged me for parking even though I didn’t even have a car during my stay. They fixed it immediately though when I brought it to their attention.

From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the shuttle service to the parks. The pool water and area was very clean, plenty of towels. The breakfast was not just your normal complementary breakfast, they took an extra step to offer 10 different toppings to add to your yogurt and oatmeal. Little Mickey waffles with different flavor batters and sauces. No offense but I was very surprised we usually stay at a Disney resort but wanted to save money with the holidays approaching. I highly recommend this hotel we had a great stay!

The rooms were very nice and we ate a meal by the pool which also was very nice. Breakfast was delicious as well. My only complaint is that we stayed for 4 nights and they didn't once come and clean the room. We finally asked the 2nd to the last day and they brought us more towels but never emptied the trash, cleaned the bathroom, made the beds, etc.

I really like that it’s close to one of the entrances of Walt Disney World, the rooms were nice and clean, the pool was fun and great to splash around and the bar that’s right next to it is very nice and the drinks were quite outstanding. The staff that works there were very nice and friendly and they help out a lot. Overall, The time staying in the hotel was very excellent and quite worth it. I would definitely come back again.

We stay here because it's close to the Disney parks and fairly reasonable in price (watch out for the $10 per day parking fee, however). The breakfast is a cut above the usual no-frills hotel buffet breakfast. The front desk and other staff have always been nice to us (and to others we observed while waiting to check in).
