Our stay was canceled 30 mins after check in.
Our stay was canceled 30 mins AFTER check in with no prior communication by the host. We were left stranded with no available loctions that could accept us that night. It was cited as a broken AC and MAYBE it was not identified until after check-in but very disappointed that the host provided zero communication except and email from VRBO customer service that my reservation was canceled. Extremely disappointed in both the host and VRBO's customer assistance.

Perfect stay
Location was good for us and the interior of the property is as advertised and better. Very clean, plenty of room, everything in great shape. Only feedback for larger groups is that the pool is fairly small, so not great if you have a large group looking to swim. However it was just right for our small group! Would stay again.

Great property, good stay
Property was great in itself and especially location as we were there for Disney. We really enjoyed the patio/pool area as a way to relax after a long day. A couple things we found issue with that we did bring up to the owner; no hot water in bathtub upstairs, pool was dirty, AC seemed to struggle getting below 78, and floors were a little dirty. Check in details were not provided upon arrival, had to call owner to get code. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay and issues being minor would still recommend. Would stay again.

This was not the home we picked - had to change last minute due to an issue at the other home. I didn’t get info until I called Philip day of check in. Home was beautiful and had great rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and living area very nice. Kitchen did not have pizza pan or pizza cutter which you would think would be available. The pool is small but perfect to relax in. Being March the pool water was very cold. I recommend getting it heated - we reached out to Philip about it and said it was available but didn’t respond back when I asked what we had to do.

Nice and comfortable
The check in and check out process was very easy. Very quiet and the location was perfect. It is 25 or less to Magic Kingdom and close to Walmart, restaurants..etc. Phillip was very responsive to my questions. The only issues I had was there were no wash clothes, enough toilet paper and the shower towels were folded and put in the linen still damp. I’m sure that is not the norm in this place. Overall, I enjoyed it and will definitely rent it out again.

Florida getaway
The house was beautiful and exactly like the listing. Phillip was on point for every call and every text. We had a minor hiccup with the cleaning of the home before we entered but Phillip was right on it and sent someone out to clean the house and pool.overall very nice,calm and quiet.
