Honest review
The property itself is nice. Big home with everything you need. It even had toiletries to get you by on the first day or two. I’d just add maybe some instant coffee to help people get going in the morning if they get in late the previous night like I did.
The cons with this property were the pool table was missing the triangle, there was no chalk and 2 pool cues were useless. The air hockey table is very rough and scoreboard did not work. The foosball table was missing the ball. I’d would also add a fan in there. It was very hot in the garage. You could open the door but then you are dealing with mosquitoes. The previous party had left trash in the can in the garage so it smell awful. I had to wash the can and transfer the trash. A couple of the furniture pieces were damaged and the lawn in the front and backyard was not kept.
The only other issue I had with this property was with the “IT” person Luiz. My flight was cancelled because of the hurricane so I couldn’t make it in the scheduled time. The airports were closed. I asked for my dates to be moved to the right and he said nothing was available. I asked for refund for the time I was not going to be there due to flights being canceled and airports being closed because of a hurricane and he said that was not his problem to take it up with the airline and I was told policy didn’t allow any refunds of any kind unless it is 30 days prior.
