The property was great the office staff was amazing and very welcoming. The only issue we had was that there was no hot water to bathe. Other than that it was very pleasant.

The hallways were noisy and people had their kids running up and down the halls. Then, after a long day/night at Disney we were woken up at 9 (2 hours before checkout) by housekeeping to clean the room. At checkout there was no one at the desk nor a place to turn in the keys. I saw another traveler left their keys on the desk and I did the same.

Only staying for one night so it’s not terrible but if you like cold showers this is the spot. Warm wasn’t even an option. Had a king room which got changed to a double queen and we got breakfast comped.

Had issues with HVAC system in room not adjusting from 68F, tried heat, cool and turning system off and on, seeing if wall thermostat worked, nothing. Also, at 6:00AM there was no hot water and shower was cold. Parking was expensive and charged on day basis of midnight. Since my stay was from 4pm 1/3/25 to 10am 1/4/25, I was charged two days even though I was at the hotel less than 18 hours. That was not explained in the reservation and was an expensive surprise upon arrival at the hotel.

If you want a lukewarm shower this is your place. Carpet in the room was filthy dirty. Breakfast everything à la carte. Just wanted oatmeal they make you purchase the entire buffet for $14.99. Just a banana $14.99!!! INSANE!!!

Room was clean but needs update bathroom sink not working properly shower too, no basics in the bathroom like soap body lotion toilet paper was already used no tissues at all…. Terrible, when I called front desk to let them know they say ok and ignore us they never send anything. No breakfast included. additional $28 for parking per night!!!!! Not a good choice. Won’t be back.

Was not a big fan. Sheets were coming off the bed because they didn’t fully fit, shampoo had fallen off the wall in the shower, the faucet in the bathroom was hard to use and made lots of noise, and then the sink sprayed water everywhere when using it. Friendly staff when we checked in, but was unaware that we had to pay for parking separately since we booked through Expedia. Parking was terrible and had to park on the backside of the hotel and was inconvenient. When we checked out, receptionist noticed us but did not say a word to us.
