Its located in a great area for shopping and lots of restaurants. Although a busy area it was still very quiet. You do have to pay for parking.

I drove 4 hours, upon checkin . The price that was on expedia for the total amount was incorrect and the hustler at the counter upcharged me for '' hotel resort fee and daily parking fee ". Huge red flag but with 3 kids wanting to get to sleep i paid for it knowing it was incorrect. Mind you his explanation was ohh you did it thur expedia but they dont know the true prices and dont know all our fees . But it gets better way better the hustler still had an ace up his sleeve and i was given a room that smelled like the locker room in high school full of football players after playing 5 games in the rain mixed with body odor snd sweat . The room had a outdated from 1980s rug that smelled like straight musk mold super horribile smell . As soon as my wife and 3 kids walked in our 3 year old baby gagged and almost threw up from how strong the mold was . Just being in the room for seconds we breathed in enough mold to make us all sick . I explained to my wife that i would try to fix things , so we went down stairs . Come to find out it was apparently a sold out night and they only had a 1 bedroom king size bed available when our reservation was for 2 bedrooms . Complete diaster !! I was told flat out look you have two options we can cancel your reservation which they did , and the other option you and your wife sleep in one bed and the kids sleep on the floor like wow !!! Had to cut our vacation short and went home.

Hated that every time we wanted to relax in the hot tubs before settling in for the night we could not due to one or the other being broke and the one working being full of people and their children. One was broke the first 2 nights, then was fixed and the other one went out after that. Plus the pool was never vacuumed the entire time we were there. The same dirt and trash was on the bottom of the deeper end in the same spot every night we went down there.

It is nice that it is attached to Applebee's and there is a 7-11 next door to walk to because it's in a high traffic area and tough to get out of the parking lot sometimes. My particular room was near an outside door so there was a lot of noise with people going in and out at nearly all hours.

I loved the floorplan our room had, and it was perfect for our family with the king bed and two bunk beds! It was different from other hotels we were looking at. I was disappointed that the arcade was closed on half of our visit, the attached Applebees had the most rubbery food, and overall an “old” feel. Nothing was updated in the room, and seemed ran down a little bit. Customer service was very nice.

Love the location, staff, heated pool for the kids at this resort but the direct shuttle provider to the theme parks has changed since the last time we stayed back in Jan 2024. They have to pick up other ppl at neighbouring hotels. Ao what would have took 10mins can now take up to 45 mins. Also due to the second hot tub not working, the working hot tub was always packed which was also disappointing. Overall we did enjoy our stay but not having a direct shuttle to Epcot impacted our travels as we took an Uber more this time around to save time. The rooms are also very dated and can use a refresh.

During our stay, our bathroom was not cleaned. It took a long time for the front desk to answer to get clean towels. The breakfast that is offered at applebee's attached to the hotel was horrible.

Great for a family getaway. Rooms/buildings could use some updating. The movie theatre was great for the kids and the heated pool was the highlight of our stay.

Be careful of the cleaning crew because if they come into your room and they clean, they will take something from you. Property management hasn’t handle our situation professionally.

Check in was a bit of a mess without being able to use the trolly to the 5th floor. Towels had to be kept getting requested, the shuttle to the parks doesn’t take double strollers so we had to drive instead, Applebee’s is the breakfast next door and it was awful with them running out of silverware, food and drink and bowls. Wouldn’t return to this hotel again. Wasn’t very convenient and for a stay during Christmas we expected more.
