It’s a nice hotel with all the necessary amenities. However, we were very much bothered by the carpet smell. In addition, it was hard to communicate with kitchen staff due to language barrier. That’s the reason why I gave 4 stars

I have stayed at Hilton hotels before, and my experiences have always been significantly better. Naturally, I had higher expectations from a brand like Hilton, but unfortunately, this particular stay fell short of what I anticipated. The breakfast selection was very limited, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of proper attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. Overall, it wasn’t the level of service and quality I’ve come to associate with Hilton.
